The Warner men’s soccer team is proud to announce the recent signing of three outstanding young men, Hamlet Montoya Jr. of Miami, Fla., Joshua Robles of Lake Worth, Fla. and Jason Gouin of Port St. Lucie, Fla.

Montoya, a goalkeeper, joins Warner from the talent-laden Kendall soccer area where he played high school soccer with Miami Sunset Senior High School.  According to head coach Kurt Bienias, “Hamlet has taken on the challenge to work on his academics while supporting the team’s needs defending our nets.  He’s a very determined young man to succeed in all facets.”  While at Warner, Montoya is interested in business and pre-law.  He is the son of Hamlet and Adela Montoya and brother to Rebecca and Scarlet.  Hamlet would like to thank his high school coach, Kevin Myers, and goalkeeper trainer from Kendall Soccer Coalition Ruben Lopez.

Robles, played his high school ball with Lake Worth High School and played club soccer with the Royal Palm Beach Strikers. According to Coach Bienias, “Joshua has the unique abilities to come in as a freshman and be an immediate impact should he come fit and ready to go.  His temperament is one that can either work for him or against him—here at Warner, we’re going to train him to utilize his God-given abilities for the betterment of the team first and foremost—if he gets it, he’ll be tough to beat on defense.”  While at Warner, Robles plans to study Sport Management or Exercise Science.  He is the son of Juan Robles and Traci Caicedo and would also like to recognize his stepfather Andres Caicedo and stepmother Daniella Robles.  Robles  would like to thank Royal Palm Beach Strikers coach Jermaine Bell for assisting him in making this opportunity a reality.

Gouin, joins the Royals from Treasure Coast High School.  According to Coach Bienias “Jason is a very smart young man who wants to help the team in any way he can while recognizing he’s still got some developing still to do—his presence from an academic and hard-working athletic perspective will be extremely valued.”   While at Warner, Gouin plans to study Exercise Science.  He is the son of Jackson and Marie Gouin and is the brother of Jaron and Jovin.  He would like to thank coaches Chris Miller, Jim Tills, Bernie Quintero, Paul Gibbons, Lloyd Bayliss and all of Coerver Academy.
